Today we went on a tour of Harlem and visited a local church - Union Baptist.
This was a real "Gospel" service - lots of singing, swaying, clapping, hugging. This was the annual women's service, and there were also 6 baptisms. We left 2 hours into the service, and the sermon was just about to begin.
After lunch, Jack rested while the rest of us went exporing. We walked up 5th avenue, seeing Tiffany's and the Trump Tower. We went to FAO Swartz in the afternoon, and the boys loved it. This is the store featured in the Tom Hanks film big. We couldn't get onto the giant keyboard on the floor (private function had it booked), but it was still incredible to walk around.

On the way back to the hotel we saw Radio City Music Hall.

Well I'm glad that you did not fall asleep while you were in Church. Hope you continue to have a good time and keep well.
Sambo is still racing around like a maniac and he does seem to be getting quite a few "treats" for being a good boy!
Until next time, God bless you all and keep safe.
Love
Mum

We visited our friend's church. Very different from StAndrew's but isn't it great to realise there are many who worship the same Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, even if in different ways or languages.
Hope you are continuing on with a fantastic, fun and healthy adventure.
Love and prayers,
the other travellers.
